The Health Membership
Physiotherapy is our core service, but we have always done things a little differently here at Better. By focussing on a “coaching” philosophy to facilitate fundamental lifestyle and health change, we go beyond the traditional physiotherapy methods of helping people “feel better”, our team of health experts can also help you “live better”.
Often, addressing the root cause of a problem can need a more holistic approach. Sometimes an injury may just be the reminder you needed that without your health you have nothing. Whatever it may be, we want to help you achieve your health goals.

Annual Movement & Health Profile
30-point profile including vital health signs, mobility, strength, power and symmetry metrics. High tech equipment used. Full report including normative data comparisons available to purchase separately.
Accountability Check-Ins
Being held accountable for our actions can be one of the most powerful methods for sticking to the plan. Regular check-ins will keep you focused on your goals.
Goal Setting
Your goals become our goals. We agree them at the start, post them in the app, then get to work on achieving them.

Health Metric Tracking
Whether it’s weight loss, muscle gain, strength improvements or cardiovascular fitness, we can track the key metrics in the sessions, and monitor the changes over time. If the key metrics aren’t improving, we’ll work on a solution together.

FAQs
What if I Can’t Attend My Sessions?
Our usual cancellation policy applies, with free 36 hour cancellation of sessions. A cancellation fee of £40 is charged for sessions cancelled inside this window (full details here).
If you can’t redeem your pre-paid sessions for any reason, these sessions can be carried over for up to 3 months.
What is the Minimum Term of Commitment?
Best results will be achieved by committing to this membership over the long term, but we don’t hold you to any minimum terms. You can cancel or pause your membership at any time. No strings attached.
However, if you do stick with us, we can guarantee that you will see results!
I’m An Athlete, Is There An Option For Me?
Our Health Membership will facilitate health improvements for anyone. But if you are an athlete and focussed on PERFORMANCE improvements, then we can offer a specialist Performance Membership that covers all the same elements as above, but with a few tweaks to focus the outcomes on improving Performance in your sport.
