Erin has been working as a musculoskeletal physiotherapist for 17 years having completed a Master of Physiotherapy Degree from the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, Canada. She then went on to complete her manual therapy levels 1-4 in mobilizations and manipulation with the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Therapy and started her career working in sports injury clinics in Vancouver.
For the past 11 years, Erin has worked in London in sports medicine and private healthcare clinics, where she has established long-standing relationships with some of the leading sports and orthopaedic consultants in London. Specializing in running related lower limb injuries, Erin often uses an in-depth running assessment to help runners of all levels and abilities improve performance and reduce the risk of injury.
Erin also has 10 years’ experience teaching 1:1 Reformer Pilates and enjoys using Reformer Pilates to help patients with pre and post-natal care, as well as a broad range of conditions including joint hypermobility, women’s health, pelvic floor, spinal conditions, mobility and inflammatory conditions such as arthritis.
Sessions with Erin are rooted in positivity and connection, where education and guidance will help empower you towards reaching your goals by overcoming injury and regaining control of your movement.
In her free time Erin enjoys playing with her daughter, running, cycling, travelling to places off the beaten track, attending gigs and rocking out as a pianist in a funk band.
