Away from the clinic, Toby is an adventurer and endurance athlete, having cycled more than 18,500km around the world on a tandem bike with his partner in 2022. He continues to compete in Ironman events, running events, and mountain climbing, giving him firsthand insight into the physical and mental demands of performance and recovery.
